Where does Riff Ruff ship?

Wild One ships everywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Domestic orders over $50 qualify for free shipping. We also ship internationally to any location accessible by major carriers. International shipments do not qualify for free shipping and associated import fees apply.

 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders above $50! Under $50 our standard shipping is a flat fee is $5 for domestic orders. Need it sooner? We got you. Just select $20 Jog (2-3 business days) for domestic orders shipping at checkout.

 

When will I receive my order?

We offer three shipping options to get you what you need, when you need it. Expected delivery times are listed below:

Walk: 5-10 business days - $5 or Free on orders over $50

Jog: 2-3 business days - $20

If you are International, your order will arrive in your country of destination within 2-3 business days. However, once it has arrived it may be stuck in customs for an unknown amount of time.

What’s your return policy?

Unused or unworn items can be returned within 30 days, just follow this link. If your order is outside of 30 days but you have an issue with your order and are within our 1 year warranty period, feel free to reach out to us at help@riffruff.co.

 

What about exchanges?

Exchanges are easy for domestic orders! Any unused or unworn items can be exchanged within 30 days - follow this link.

 

How do I make a return or exchange?

Please follow this link for any returns or exchanges you need to make within 30 days of your delivery. You will receive a prepaid shipping label and once we receive your return back at our warehouse you will receive your refund.
